About Hybrid Management

Hybrid Management (HM) is a modern form of workplace governance that builds upon the strengths of managers and employees in ways that meet a company's financial goals and uphold a mutually agreed upon mission.

Hybrid Management and its Performance Review System grew out of WorkWiseNow, a company focused on management-employee relations
since its founding in 1985. Company President Mary Graves, Ph.D., is a longtime management consultant who has worked with a core team of associates to develop Hybrid Management's unique approach to employee performance reviews after many years of research and
direct involvement with client companies.

After her doctoral work at Claremont Graduate School under famed "Father of Management" pioneer Peter Drucker, Ms. Graves was one of seven Ph.Ds recruited by the Systemic Corporation to conduct a cutting-edge, $7 million research project exploring the key factors that create productive and healthy workplaces. The Hybrid Management System grew out of that experience and its many applications in her team's work over the years.

Today, Ms. Graves heads a management team that continues to offer unmatched guidance in the performance review sector. Hybrid Management's vision is to transform the current performance review process from what is too often an awkward, inefficient, dreaded and even demoralizing experience for all parties into a positive process that boosts morale, increases productivity, and opens the lines of communication between managers and employees.
